A: No. Truefitfashion maintains a strict Zero-Fee Guarantee. Returns incur no restocking penalties, and we provide a complimentary, prepaid return shipping label.
Q: What conditions must my dress meet to be eligible for a refund?
A: Returned items must pass a quality check and be:

Free from makeup smudges, deodorant marks, animal hair, and strong odors (perfumes/smoke).

A: Once approved at our hub, your credit is released back to your original payment account within 7 calendar days.
